Overall we came 2nd in the division.
Seniors were 3rd but huge congratulations to our Juniors who were overall 1st and were awarded the Junior trophy.
In the veterans race we almost squeezed a win unfortunately being touched out to finish 2nd.
Well done to everyone.

Godalming Swimming Club is now using ActiveSwimManager for administration processes within our club. I attach a document which explains in more details the benefits of SwimManager and why we will be using this new system.
All new registrations and re-registration of existing members will be through SwimManager, the URL’s for registrations are below. Please could all Swimmers and Parents of Swimmers use the appropriate to register. As part of the registration process we are moving away from existing Swimmers bankers direct debits and Standing orders as a method of payment to SwimManager’s own payments gateway, you will have the choice of making a full years payment or spreading the costs over twelve monthly payments.
Important – when completing the payments section of the registration form please apply the code: GASC
This will reduce your payments to the agreed amount for membership this year. Also these costs do not cover the ASA annual memberships, when this is due for renewal or Chairman or Treasurer will send out a further email explaining how this should be renewed.
Please try to register as soon as possible, once registered you (the parent/swimmer) will have your own portal. If you have any questions or concerns please email either our Chairman Hugh Morgan firstname.lastname@example.org or myself.

Congratulations to Henry – for once again making ASA Nationals last Saturday, for the 3rd year running – a truly remarkable achievement.
Henry swam well to make the finals at Sheffield – well done Henry.
Next year lets make it four years in a row – and with a little bit of hard work there are a number of other swimmers in the club who could achieve the times and join Henry.
Good afternoon everyone,
A huge congratulations to all those who swam at the London Aquatic Centre on the 9th July 2017. We had some brilliant swims from all those who entered and despite a rather early start, the day was a huge success with lots of PB’s and a few medal placing swims. I hope the experience has had a positive impact on all those who swam and and I hope everyone enjoyed the day and enters again next year, encouraging more people to enter!
A massive thankyou to everyone who turned out to help and support. I as a coach am very grateful for all your hard work, be it driving the mini bus to helping me on poolside or even just feeding the swimmers and keeping their spirits high, you were all fantastic!
If anyone has any questions or queries about the day, feel free to ask me, I’ll be more than happy to help!
Thanks again everyone for a truly brilliant day,
